Lifetime animal ownership ban for animal killers & mandatory custodial sentence

Background

We call for a lifetime ban on owning animals for anyone who has killed an animal, and for offenders of such crimes to be automatically given a custodial sentence which must be served in full.

Additional details

We want this to be known as ‘Minnie’s Law’.
