Maintain direct-to-schools PE & sports premium funding

We want the Government to maintain the current system of direct-to-schools PE & sports premium funding.

Additional details

We believe the Government’s plans to end the direct-to-schools PE & sports premium’ will damage the wrap around provision schools provide for children and deprive them of expert and professionally run PE lessons in school. We want the Government to prioritise children and their time away from screens by protecting this valuable social opportunity, which the direct premium provides for them, at a time when it is needed most.
