Make a specific offence for a taxi driver to have sexual contact with a customer

Background

We want it to be illegal for anyone who drives a passenger vehicle for hire or reward (where they are directly compensated for each journey they undertake) to make or suggest sexual contact with any customer connected to their trade.

Additional details

We think this new law would only require DNA evidence etc to prove the drivers' guilt and could protect vulnerable women from unwanted attention and attacks.
