Background

My brother Riley died following a fatal collision in 2021. I believe my brother would still be with us today if he was wearing a helmet. Make it a legal requirement to wear a helmet when you are on a bicycle or scooter.

Additional details

Wearing a helmet can save lives and reduce head injuries in the event of an accident. This could be called Riley's Law.
