Make it easier to obtain a licence to produce/grow medical cannabis

Background

We feel that it is currently extremely difficult to apply for a controlled drugs licence to grow cannabis high in THC for medical use in the UK.

Additional details

We think the US have a more friendly licensing application for the public to enter the medical cannabis market and that in the UK it is much harder to obtain a licence. We believe that allowing more people to produce medical cannabis in the UK could create thousands of jobs across the country and could boost the economy massively.
