Make it a criminal offence for strangers to photograph children in a public place and empower police to enforce this.

Additional details

There have been incidents of strangers taking photographs of children in public areas such as parks. I want the government to protect our children by making it a criminal offence to take these photos without parental consent. I am concerned about the misuse of these images.
