Background
Halloween has a huge following, but can be ruined by the winter weather, we propose adding an official SUMMERWEEN date celebrating all things spooky in the middle of school summer holidays to give the UK two chances of an EPIC spooky evening.
Additional details
make Summerween official and bring it to the UK calendar.
