Mandate Public/Open Domestic Abusers Register ( Butterfly Law)

Background

I am a domestic abuse survivor, Myself & many more would like to see an open & public domestic abuse register, similar to those for sex offenders. One easy to access with factual & up to date information on both male & female offenders of domestic abuse

Additional details

As part of a support group & soon to be charity - Butterfly, filled with fellow female survivors of domestic abuse. We are all at different stages of the legal & healing process, but all have many similarities to our cases. Due to the volumes of both men & women now suffering at the hands of a partner or ex. We would like to see an open/public domestic abuse register as we believe the current legislation in place does not go far enough, or takes too long to facilitate.
