We think there should be two options for illegal migrants: • 1: Deportation to country of origin within 28 days • 2: Transfer to designated 3rd country within 60 days; No pathway to return to the UK; Basic living conditions. Both to entail biometric processing, with costs borne by the individual.

Further consequences for unauthorised entry to the UK should be: • A 10-year ban from applying for asylum • Financial responsibility for all incurred deportation cost.
