NHS-funded rehabilitation to be made more accessible for FND patients

I want the Government to make NHS-funded help for FND more widespread so that it can be accessed in more places, such as in Milton Keynes

Additional details

I have exhausted all avenues to access treatment near me in Milton Keynes. People are distraught on the phone when I tell them there is no NHS support near me as their job is to help me but they can’t. I am an FND sufferer and the issues we all suffer from we should be able to get local help for.
