Offer asylum for Transgender, Non-binary, & Intersex US Citizens & use diplomacy

Background

We believe that beginning with Executive Order 14168, the US is targeting transgender, non-binary, and intersex Americans. We do not agree with these actions, and are concerned they could escalate.

Additional details

We think the Home Office should adopt a general policy of offering asylum to transgender, non-binary, and intersex Americans . We think the Foreign and Commonwealth office should also use whatever soft power is at their disposal to encourage other nations known to uphold the rights of transgender, non-binary, and intersex people, especially Commonwealth Countries like Canada, and to encourage them to adopt the same policy.
