One-off payment for those leaving secondary education or college

Background

Government should give 300 - 1000 pounds to people upon finishing secondary school or college.

Additional details

I feel many people try to get a job and become independent once leaving education and don't get the right support financially, which could leave some people struggling financially, or homeless or in poverty.
