Open Roads back up in Greater London

Background

To reopen closed side roads for use by cars instead of making a system where main roads are extremely congested and side roads can’t be used.

Additional details

The main roads in greater london are extremely congested in the mornings and evenings during rush hours, they can also become congested due to a myriad of other causes - crashes, roadworks, incorrectly stopped vehicles. My petition is to revise the closure of side roads and reopen them so they can be used by vehicles, even if it just for the rush hour times.
