Photograph all claimants for DWP Benefits

I think many unregistered people are claiming benefits. I think that people are claiming the same benefit several times using different names. Photographs should be taken of claimants and cross checked for previous claims.

Additional details

I think fraud is a major problem within the UK benefits system. In the 2023–2024 financial year, the UK government lost an estimated £7.4 billion due to fraud and error in the benefit system.
