Prevent early release of killers of uniformed emergenct workers

Background

Immediately introduce a bill to prevent the killers of uniformed police, fire and ambulance workers from benefitting from early release schemes. This exclusion to apply both prospectively, as well as retrospecrively to all serving prisoners
