Referendum to reinstate death penalty for most serious crimes against children

Background

We want a referendum on reinstating capital punishment for adults convicted of rape of a child, assault by penetration, both 15 and under, & most serious violent offences (murder/GBH causing permanent harm/death) against children 15 & under where guilt is proven with conclusive evidence.

Hold a national referendum on reinstating capital punishment for adults (18+) convicted of rape of a child or assault of a child under 15 by penetration under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and the most serious violent offences (murder, attempted murder, or causing grievous bodily harm with intent resulting in permanent injury, maiming, torture or death) against children aged 15 and under where guilt is proven beyond reasonable doubt with conclusive evidence.
