Reform NHS wheelchair quality framework to make waiting times legally binding

I want the Government to reform the NHS wheelchair quality framework to make it legally binding for ICBs to provide services within the 18 week deadline, including assessments, repairs and replacements, and to establish consistent quality standards across England.

Additional details

This should also include carrying out an independent review of commissioning and contractor accountability, and improving transparency to ensure these standards are met.
