Replace council tax for properties worth over £1M with a tax of 0.7%

Background

We call on the Government to tax properties worth more than £1M by 0.7% of their value.

Additional details

We believe that by replacing council tax for properties over £1M and taxing the property value by 0.7% per annum would bring them inline with a lot of the poorest property owners. We think this would create fairness.
