Background

Before any UK government can donate more than £10 million to any foreign country there should be a UK national referendum held and the result should be legally binding.

Additional details

Money is borrowed by UK governments. Millions of pounds have been donated by UK governments to other countries. I think this is leaving an ever growing debt to be paid by future generations in this country.
