Require all 'competition' sites to be fully regulated by the Gambling Commission

Background

I want the Government to legally require all 'competition' sites, such as those offering paid-entry prize draws, skills-based competitions and other types, to be fully regulated and licenced, and monitored by the Gambling Commission in order to operate.

Additional details

I think these sites are worse than casinos with insufficient or no warnings and checks. It has come to my attention that these sites are causing a lot of problems for those with gambling issues. I'm concerned about the lack of regulation, that large amounts can often be spent with relative ease and what I see as most of the companies having very little consideration for the people using their sites. I believe fully regulating these companies will help thousands of people with gambling issues.
