Require all healthcare environments to be wheelchair accessible

Background

To make it a legal requirement for all healthcare facilities to be fully accessible for wheelchair users. We think all MRI facilities should have plastic wheelchairs available, staff should be trained to assist patients with mobility impairments and accessibility protocols should be reviewed.
