This would help the epidemic of cycle-related injuries. This would improve the health of our citizens, and, in promoting safe cycling, our planet.

Additional details

The NHS spends a lot each year on cycle-related injuries. We believe many of these could be avoided by enforcing use of helmets. Save our cyclists, save our NHS, save the planet.
