Require employers to provide 6 days of fully paid sick leave each year

Background

We urge the UK Government to require all employers to provide 6 fully paid sick days each year for all workers, separate from Statutory Sick Pay.

Additional details

I think this would mean people might not feel forced to work while unwell or risk losing income. Many people who are forced to choose between health and income go to work and can infect other people.
