Require licenses to use an electric bike or electric scooter

Background

Make Licenses mandatory for all users of E-Bikes or E-Scooters so they cannot ride them on the road if they don’t have a license.

Additional details

We believe this will make the roads safer. In our view, they are vehicles and are on the road so users should be required to have a license and pay road tax.
