Require new cars to include a spare wheel

Background

We want the Government to require all new cars to be supplied with a spare wheel.

Additional details

We believe this is important due to the state of some roads, potholes are a big problem on some of our roads. We feel that there is not enough funding or resources to get them fixed quickly. For example, it can take 3 weeks from reporting to being fixed. We feel that lives are at risk.
