Require retailers to have anti-abuse policies

Background

The government should require retailers to have anti-abuse policies, like those often used by government bodies. Warning customers that abuse of any sort will not be tolerated.

Additional details

Retail staff like myself need better protection and support in dealing with the all-too-common instances of verbal and physical abuse.
