Reverse the ban on phones in schools

Background

Reverse the ban on mobile phones in schools and make it illegal for schools to take a phone for over a day. We don't think phones should have to go into a lock wallet or phone locker.

Additional details

Because if there's an emergency and phones are locked it will make no way of contacting parents and they are taking away hundreds of pounds which people barely use at school. We think they are wasting their money on this when they could be getting better facilities for the children in education to use.
