Reverse VAT changes on Advance Payments for Motability Vehicles

Background

We want the Government to reverse the changes it made to VAT on advance payments for Motability vehicles, as proposed in the latest Budget. These changes could result in people taking cars that are not suitable due to price increases.

Additional details

We are concerned scheme prices have been rising steadily lately due to the push towards swapping to EV. We feel the Government is unfairly targeting disabled people and that the Government is pushing people with different needs to either be unable to get a vehicle or get an unsuitable vehicle.
