We want the government to conduct a review of the DVLA's performance and processes to make sure everyone is treated fairly & equally.

- Ensure all forms are available to download or complete online & all payments can be submitted online. - Ensure enquiries & complaints are resolved in no more than 14 days. - Review the information given by staff and the computer and phone systems. - Set new standards for the medical exams of High Risk Offenders & all applicants so all medical professionals carry out the same exam. - Create a new Governing Body specifically to oversee the DVLA - Increase funding to the DVLA
