Review how NS&I contact Premium Bond prize winners

Background

Review the way that National Savings and Investments contact prize winners of premium bonds. We want Premium Bond Holders to be identified by name, location and date of birth only as some people may have lost their original documents.

Additional details

There is in excess of £95 million (as at March 2025) in unclaimed Premium Bond Prizes held by NS&I and I don't think they are doing enough to locate the winners of these funds.
