Review the use of speed cameras

We would like there to be an independent review into the use of speed cameras.

Additional details

We want it to look into: - Fixed locations and times for mobile units. - Removal of financial punitive measures. - Reassessing the points and fines structure. We feel that cameras, particularly mobile speed cameras are being deployed at an alarmingly high rate.
