Review verification processes used to verify age of illegal migrants under 18

Background

We call for a review of the age verification processes used to verify whether an illegal migrant is under the age of 18 when they have no legal documentation to prove their age.

Additional details

We think this review should include consideration of whether migrants who have entered the UK illegally should be examined medically. We want this to be done before they are accepted into main stream education. We believe this will help protect children's rights and safety that already live in our country that attend nurseries, schools and colleges.
