Scrap the BBC TV Licence & replace funding with adverts or paywall

Background

Every household with a tv has to pay the BBC. Remove this funding so that it is funded either by adverts or put behind a pay wall.

Additional details

Even if you don't watch the BBC you still have to pay for it. You don't have to pay for content put on by theatres or cinema's if you don't watch it so why should you be required to pay the BBC if you don't watch their content?
