Stay on Greenwich Mean Time

Background

I would like the UK to always remain on GMT, with no use of daylight saving time.

Additional details

I think the concept is outdated as people no longer live on the same patterns they did when it was introduced. I believe that in the summer parents struggle to keep children in a regular sleeping pattern and in the winter it does affect the mental well being of some with the evenings drawing in faster. I honestly believe that stopping this would be beneficial as our rhythms would naturally sync with the seasons.
