Stop Legal Aid for non British citizens exceptions would be if you have worked and paid Tax in the UK for at least 10 years continuously

Additional details

I believe that the British public should not be responsible for legal aid payments for non-citizens who haven't worked and paid tax in the UK. All visitors to this country should have insurance to cover both medical and legal expenses this should include both legal and illegal migrants
