I would likento the government to make it mandatory that bullying is dealt with from first touch and that all schools have near enought the sames policies in place having a zero tollerance and expell the bully immediately where there is evidence. Have the victims are protected not the bully's. It is time to make a stance and stop this hurting our children some of our children are no longer with us as a result of this and it's not fair.
