STOP UK WORK CULTURE!

Background

I propose that the government make working during extreme heat optional. If companies want to encourage employees to work, they can offer e.g. overtime. Doing your job with a lack of mental capacity, lack of sleep, lack of everything deserves to be compensated.

Hi! I’m just an employee working a minimum wage forced to work in a heat wave while the uk is in the red zone.The uk is not equipped for hot weather. Brilliant that some companies have AC in the building but what about when employees are trying to sleep? In houses built to insulate. What about travelling to and from work? What about those who want fresh air during the lunch/breaks but cant bare being outside? What about those getting sick from the sun? Sign if you agree - would be appreciated:)
