Suspend parental rights when arrested on suspicion of murdering the child

Background

We call on the government to suspend all parental rights when a parent is arrested upon suspicion of murdering their child. We believe once they are arrested, they should not, for example, have the right to be involved in funeral arrangements.

Additional details

We believe the rest of the family should be able to say goodbye to the child that has been taken away from them.
