Triple government spending on expanding prison capacity

Background

We believe this is necessary to allow prisoners to be sent to prisons in the near future, and to build extra spaces so prisons aren't at 99% capacity.

Additional details

We think that releasing dangerous prisoners early is not a long term solution and can be a threat to society. We are concerned about overcrowding in prisons, and believe that the current level of investment in expanding prison places is not sufficient. We think that a tripling of the budget is required.
