Work with devolved governments to extend the national inquiry into group based child sexual exploitation to Scotland and Northern Ireland. We think this is a form of group based child sexual abuse which has been significantly neglected, and which is at risk of becoming worse.

Additional details

The Casey Audit noted that a ‘significant proportion’ of suspects involved in child sexual exploitation cases are non-UK nationals or individuals claiming asylum. Any inquiry must include Scotland and Northern Ireland.
