To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Answer of 31 July 2024 to Question 1253 on 10 Downing Street: Contract, whether he plans to insource contracts for the maintenance of (a) 10 Downing Street and (b) 70 Whitehall.

Georgia GouldThe Government Property Agency’s current maintenance contracts, which were negotiated under the previous Administration, which cover nearly 90 Buildings across the current government estate, commenced on 1st November 2023 for a minimum period of 5 years.
