To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps he is taking to increase the number of Accident and Emergency intake staff.

Karin SmythThe 10-Year Workforce Plan, which will be published later this year, will ensure the NHS has the right people, in the right places, including in vital services such as Accident and Emergency, with the right skills to care for patients when they need it.
