James CartlidgeThe Sheldon Review made 24 recommendations, of which the following 15 were accepted: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, 23 and 24. The remainder were accepted in principle; none were rejected.
