To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the annual cost is of the Rented Living Accommodation Project.

Al CarnsThe average annual cost of the Rented Living Accommodation Project (RLAP) is £80 million. The RLAP Contract is due for renewal on 1 April 2027. The overall forecast cost for RLAP has not changed since 5 July 2024.
