To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many service personnel were referred to mental health services in 2023.
Answer
Al Carns3,444 UK Armed Forces personnel had an initial assessment at a Ministry of Defence Department of Community Mental Health centre between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023.
