To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether it remains his Department's policy to reduce the full time strength of the British Army to 73,000 by 2025.

Answer

Yes. The Army is continuing to implement Future Soldier which will see a whole force of over 100,000 comprising of 73,000 Regular Service Personnel and 30,100 Army Reserve.
