To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what support is available for boaters without permanent moorings to help pay for solar panels and insulation.

Graham StuartThe Government does not provide financial support for installing insulation or solar panels on houseboats. The Government is aiming to grow green finance options for consumers including by working with the new UK Infrastructure Bank to explore whether it can play a wider role in scaling up green home finance.
