To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, if he will ensure that the investment reserve of the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme is transferred back to members.

Sarah JonesThe Government is receptive to representations regarding the BCSSS. I recently met with the Trustees of the Scheme to discuss their proposals, and will be discussing the matter with the Treasury in due course.
