To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many officials in his Department are working on issues related to the Chagos Islands.

Luke PollardThere are a number of officials from across the Ministry of Defence who contribute to the work in this area in partnership with the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office. This includes policy, legal, financial and military teams.
