To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will publish the staff guidance on obtaining a pass to exit 70 Whitehall via the Horse Guards cyclist entrance; and whether staff not travelling by bicycle are permitted to use that entrance.

Georgia GouldThe Government Property Agency is responsible for ensuring that staff working within 70 Whitehall have the necessary guidance on accessing and using the cyclist entrance at 70 Whitehall. This is not shared outside of the department for security reasons.
